Returns

For the most part.. there are no returns accepted. However, if there is a situation where we have made a mistake, we will certainly correct that for you. You will be required to return that mistaken item. You must be sure that you email us at [email protected] if you have any further questions. 

"Can I Return This Item??"

If you are purchasing a handmade custom product, the answer is no. There absolutely will not be any returns after 24 hours within your purchase. Once the process has began for customizing your item specifically made for you, your order will no be changed. 

"I Have Received My Order, But My Package Is Damaged!!"

In most cases, receiving a damaged package will be nearly impossible. In fact, this will be completely hard to believe. To insure that your package will come protected, we will add multiple layers to prevent crushing and damaged boxes. Prior to shipping, all items are carefully inspected and photographed before they are sent out to the customer.
